No. The plan asks if you train at home, at a gym, or both. Every workout has alternatives so you can do it wherever you are.
Yes. The quiz asks about your food preferences and dietary needs first, and your plan is built around them. We cover vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, dairy-free, and more.
DropASize is built for healthy adults aged 18+. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a serious medical condition, or have a history of an eating disorder, the quiz will pause and direct you to proper medical support. We never build a plan we shouldn't.
Honestly? We don't promise numbers. Anyone who does is selling you something. A sustainable pace is usually 0.5–1 kg per week, but it depends on your starting point, your sleep, your stress, and how consistent you can be. The plan is built around what's realistic for you.
Apps like MyFitnessPal count calories. Noom does CBT lessons. DropASize builds the actual plan (meals, workouts, macros) using Dipak's coaching method delivered through smart software. On Blueprint (£29/mo) you also get email support with Dipak. On Inner Circle (£99/mo) you get direct WhatsApp access. RESET (£7) is the plan only. No direct coach contact at that level.
Yes. RESET is a £7 one-time payment with no subscription at all. Blueprint and Inner Circle are monthly and you can cancel in two clicks from your account page. No phone calls. No retention reps.
Blueprint and Inner Circle come with a conditional 30-day refund. If you've followed the plan, completed your weekly check-ins, and feel it isn't working for you, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. Full conditions are in our refund policy. RESET (£7) is a one-off digital product and is non-refundable once the PDF has been delivered, as you waive your 14-day cooling-off right at checkout.
